Brewing Companies are out of "flavour"
Brewing companies do not seem to be the flavour of the month.
Empire Brewing Limited (ASX:EEE) listed yesterday at 35c but dropped steadily to only be 30c at the end of the day. Its listing had been postponed earlier as other similar brewers were competing for investors' funds.
These other similar brewers were Oz Brewing Limited (ASX:OZB) which listed on 27 December 2006 at 20c and is trading at 15.5c, and Gage Roads Brewing Limited (ASX:GRB) which listed on 12 December 2006 at 40c and is now worth 39.5c per share.
This might be an area worth reviewing in the anticipation that the companies could use the funds wisely.
Good Luck Investing.
