Month 2 (to date): Profit $3351. Annualised this is a gain of 40%.

Closed Trades :
ITD Bought at 41.5c SOLD at 57.5c for a PROFIT of 16c (38%)

Sometimes you need to close trades even though they could go much higher which is still the case with ITD. But this price is still overpriced and it is always better to be in cash then be risking it in an overpriced share.

The return this year is 8% for this portfolio. Still there is not many shares to buy which may mean that the portfolio could become stagnant in the next few months while I am searching for undervalued shares.

Good Luck Investing.
