New Addition to Portfolio today

I have decided to add MPH to the portfolio. It is a company that is under some financial pressures at the moment but I can see the future being very bright for it.

Its in the business of DVDs and movies. There are several good aspects to this company :

1. PE is at a very low level (7 times earnings).
2. Its a cheap share price at 22.5c
3. There is potential for major upside if the movies they are producing go well.
4. They have a number of major partners for distriubution of their DVD's.
5. They have little to no debt.

I am going to purchase $10,000 for the portfolio at 22.5c (last traded price today).
